Since I'm a one man show, the less time I'm answering questions, the more time I'm building your guitar. So hopefully these will help. If you still have questions, feel free to use the Contact form.

Q: How can I order a custom build?
A: Right now, we are working on a page that shows you the options you can choose from. For the time being, you can use the contact page and email me with what you are wanting to get and we can discuss options from there.

Q: How long does a custom build take?
A: On average, a custom build takes around 3-4 months from initial payment to you strumming it.

Q: How Can I pay you?
A: Right now, we are set up to send Paypal invoices. This allows you to use your current paypal account. You can also still make the payment on invoices if you do not have a Paypal account. We start an order with a $300 deposit. You can make a partial payment on the invoice (after the deposit) and keep paying it off as the guitar is being built. We would need full payment prior to shipping the guitar. Trust me, you will love yourself more if you pay it off before the guitar is built. If you don’t then it feels like an overdue bill and becomes a burden. Don’t do that to yourself. When the guitar is complete, you have 2 months to pay the balance. After that, we reserve the right to hold onto the $300 deposit, refund any additional funds you invested and sell the guitar (it hurts, I know).

Q: I only have some of the money right now…do you take trades?
A: Yes we Do! Now to be fair, I’m not just going to take anything. You can keep your VCR, Bikes, broken iPods, and watches. We are a little selective on what musical gear we will take in. If we feel we can easily turn around and sell the trade, then we can make a deal. Feel free to let us know what you got (guitars, amps, pedals). It could take a chunk off the money owed. If it is a partial trade (trade + cash) we require the $300 deposit plus the trade in item.

Q: Do you speak Spanish?
A: I don’t. The easiest way to communicate for me is through the Contact page above. It translates for me so we can ensure we are communicating the best we can. If you are in South America, we have a distributor there! Just follow the Distributor link on the top menu.

Q: Can we get on Skype or a Phone call to talk more about a build?
A: For the time being, I have multiple jobs during the daytime. In order for me to maximize time spent on guitars, email is the easiest way for me to communicate and respond to you the quickest. The free time I have to get on the phone is in the drive thru getting a burger  I could talk on Saturday’s if there is something to be worked out.

Q: What Truss Rod wrench do I use to adjust my guitar?
A: If you have an adjustment at the headstock, use a 4mm *Ball End* T Handle Allen Wrench. A normal allen wrench can strip the truss rod and we are not responsible for that. Tools are sent with the guitar that are designed for the guitar.

Q: I ordered a custom build yesterday. Do you have progress pics?
A: I don’t. Maybe I’ll send you a selfie.
